While each manufacturer has its own warranty policy, products are typically warrantied against manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, including impact damage, is not covered by manufacturers' policies.
If you do believe you have a valid warranty claim, we are more than happy to help you get a replacement. While we do not have the ability to approve a replacement directly, we will contact the manufacturer
on your behalf and help get the claimed process as quickly as possible. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to additional shipping fee's in order to receive warrantied products.
